Return Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Eligible for Return
- Damaged or defective products
- Incorrect item received
Return Conditions
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused, in original packaging with invoice
- Unboxing video is mandatory to claim return for damaged, defective, or incorrect products
- The video must clearly show:
- The sealed package before opening
- The full unboxing process
- The product condition and issue
- Physical damage caused after delivery is not eligible
- Returns without proper proof (unboxing video) may be rejected

- Used products
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
- Customized or special-order items (if applicable)

- Approved refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect product with valid unboxing video proof)
