We accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligible for Return

  •  Damaged or defective products 
  •  Incorrect item received 

Return Conditions

  •  Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  •  Product must be unused, in original packaging with invoice
  • Unboxing video is mandatory to claim return for damaged, defective, or incorrect products 
  •  The video must clearly show: 
    •  The sealed package before opening 
    •  The full unboxing process 
    •  The product condition and issue 
  •  Physical damage caused after delivery is not eligible 
  •  Returns without proper proof (unboxing video) may be rejected 

Non-Returnable Items

  •  Used products 
  •  Products damaged due to customer misuse 
  •  Customized or special-order items (if applicable) 

Refund Policy

Refund Process

  •  Approved refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days
  •  Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

Refund Eligibility

  •  Approved returns 
  •  Cancelled orders before shipment 
  •  Orders cancelled due to non-availability 

Shipping Charges

  •  Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect product with valid unboxing video proof)
